FAQs

Can I choose a bespoke set of activities – or do I have to stick to a package?

The choice is yours. The very best value comes from our packages which are specifically designed to pack as many complementary activities into a low monthly cost. However, if you have something different in mind we can happily agree a programme that works perfectly for you.

What if I under or overuse my package in one particular month?

It’s good to be flexible so within a limit of around 15% we will absorb under or overusage of time. If you’re consistently using more than 15%, we’ll let you know and decide how best to move forward.

Can I have face to face meetings with my virtual marketing manager?

It's much nicer to meet in person, but you'll understand that we deliver huge value for money partly by cutting out the travel. In-person meetings aren't part of the core packages, but we always try to arrange a face to face meeting sometime during the first three months so that you can put a face to the name. We also use screen sharing, web conferencing and all manner of other clever gizmos to make it easy to work with us, even if we're not right there in person.

Are there any hidden extras?

You’ll never receive an invoice for something you’re not expecting! Your monthly packages covers all the work we’ve agreed with you. You’ll only pay for extra things you specifically ask us to do or to buy for you.

Is there a minimum contract?

We'll ask to join us for a rolling 3 month contract. You can give notice at any time and we'll continue activities with avengence until the last day of the notice period.

Can I choose my virtual marketing manager

We'll match you with a consultant with a similar style to you and with the most experience in your sector. If there is more than one consultant we think you'll work well with, we'll give you the choice. You're always welcome to have a 'chemistry' call with your potential consultant as you decide whether we're the right choice for you.
